Friend of Spiders

It’s Round 15 of the Island Weekend Sale! This great sale has been on since Friday morning and ends at midnight tonight SLT. If you haven’t been through the Island Weekend Sale yet, it is a weekend shopping event run by Coco Osiris (cocohantas). It’s a store hop sale and there is an HUD to take you from one stop to the next. Designers have some of their items on sale for 99L and 50% off Fatpacks. The sale starts Fridays at 9:00 AM SLT and ends on Monday at 12:00 AM SLT.

This spooky but cute little dress is from Luscious Visions from the Island Weekend Sale this weekend. The dress comes with the print you see here and is fit for Legacy/Perky, Maitreya/Petite, and Reborn. I had a lot of fun styling this!

If you’re afraid of spiders, I’m sorry!! I have several spiders on me with this outfit. I was a little shocked to find the one dangling from my hat down near my chin! Really liking the artwork on this dress so had to show a closeup of it.

And of course I had to show my little jumping spider friend. My son was obsessed with spiders as a young child, and jumping spiders were his favorite…he always called them by their scientific name “phidippus audax”…technically that’s the common jumping spider here in North America. Now that he’s older my son still thinks they are cute lol.

I also grabbed up these cool Halloween nails from Frida Marques of Frida&Co. These nails are for sale at the Rock Your Rack 2022 event this month. This event ends on the 16th, so don’t miss your chance to go check out all the goodies there. It’s for an amazing cause to raise breast cancer awareness and funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This event is organized by Models Giving Back.
